Questions and Laser Tag

This has nothing to do with this post but this really amuses me. Yo Gabba Gabba!

Gabbie, my young nine-year-old cousin is annoyingly curious. Basically everything that comes out of her mouth is a question. I noticed this one day when she continually annoyed ate Julie with question after question.

We were out shopping yesterday and while we were in JB Hi-Fi this conversation happened:
*Gabbie looks into Julie's shopping bag.
Gabbie: Where did you go?
Julie: Diva.
Gabbie: Did you buy anything?
Julie: Yes.
Gabbie: What did you buy?
Julie: Earrings.
Gabbie: Were they the owl ones?
Julie: Yes.
Gabbie: Are they better than the other ones?
Julie: Yes.
Gabbie: Can I see them?
Julie: No.
*Gabbie notices Julie writing on her hand.
Gabbie: What's that?
Julie: A pen.
Gabbie: Where did you get it from?
Julie: My bag.
Gabbie: Why did you bring it?
Julie: 'Cos I can can.
*Julie takes out water bottle from bag
Gabbie: Did you bring water?
Julie: Yes.
Gabbie: Can I have some?
Julie: No.
Dannica: Gabbie, you ask a lot of questions.
Gabbie: Really?
Julie: *Glass Shattering*
For those of you who don't know, this "glass shattering" is the sudden realisation of a bad habit, which then leads on to noticing this habit every time it happens. This was something we learnt from How I Met Your Mother.
So from there we all began to notice it more. Every time she would ask a question we would laugh, so we decided to see how long she could last without asking a question. She didn't even last a minute the first time round. After this we would start timing again after each time she stuffed up (which was usually at every 2-4 minutes). There was a specific time when we started timing at the bottom of the escalator, and once we got to the top she immediately asked "Where are we going?". FAIL.

Today my brother, my three cousins, my uncle and I went to laser tag. It was my first time so I was expecting myself to be crap, but I actually did pretty good! The first game we played solo; I came 3rd. The second time round we played teams: us against some randoms and we won! I was 5th this time but hey, still good.
Tomorrow, my brother and I will be heading home to Melbourne. Oh we will miss the mahjong sessions!
Goodbye Sydney!
